Sonny's in Valdosta is Back with a Facelift

East Lowndes, Inc., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q, re-opened the Sonny's in Valdosta, GA on Monday, July 21st. The re-opening comes with a number of updates and improvements including a full liquor bar, more space in the dining room and several design changes.

VALDOSTA, GA, July 29, 2008 - East Lowndes, Inc., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's Real Pit Bar-B-Q, re-opened the Sonny's in Valdosta, GA on Monday, July 21st. The re-opening comes with a number of updates and improvements including a full liquor bar, more space in the dining room and several design changes. "We are excited to offer new and improved amenities with the same Sonny's Signature Hospitality to the Valdosta community," said R.V. Durrance, owner of East Lowndes, Inc. in Valdosta, Georgia.

The location closed on December 23rd of 2007 due to an electrical fire that caused excessive damage to the restaurant. There were no injuries sustained during the fire.
