We recently had the opportunity to surprise Heather D., a team member in Palatka, Florida with a #RandomActsofBBQ.
Heather is always going the extra mile to make her team’s life easier. She arrives early to all her shifts to help get everything ready for the day, even if someone is already scheduled to do that. She makes it a point to come in early to help out however she can, and she puts others first without thinking twice. Heather is always on the lookout for someone to help.
One time, she noticed her teammate had something unexpected come up and needed to go home. Heather gladly stepped in, put on her apron and filled her spot so the team member could leave. She is also wonderful with our guests, as they often come back and request to have her as a server. Thank you, Heather, for your dedication to putting others first and always helping out.
