How do I download the Sonny’s BBQ App?
Downloading the Sonny’s BBQ App is easy. Simply visit the App Store if you’re using an iPhone or the Google Play Store if you’re using an Android device. Search for “Sonny’s BBQ” and tap the download button to install the app on your phone. It’s completely free.
What can I do with the Sonny’s BBQ App?
The Sonny’s BBQ App lets you order the slow-smoked BBQ you love for pickup or delivery, earn and redeem rewards, find the nearest Sonny’s location, and stay updated on the latest promotions and specials. It also saves your most recent orders for quick reordering.
How do I join the rewards program?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Follow the prompt to sign up or if you’re already a member of our previous program, sign up with the same email address you currently use with your account.
How do I earn points?
You will automatically earn points when you place an order through the app, through the ordering website, or in store with your registered credit/debit card.
If you pay cash or use an unregistered card, you can submit a receipt through the Upload Receipts page in the app.
How long does it take for points to show up?
Points are generally applied the moment your transaction is finalized. This can take up to three days depending on your method of payment. For purchases scheduled in the future, please ensure to allow three business days after your purchase went through before you contact support.
How do I earn rewards with the Sonny’s BBQ App?
Earning rewards with the Sonny’s BBQ App is easy. You’ll earn every time you order through the app. You can also earn points by using a linked debit or credit card, or scanning your receipt at any of our locations. Accumulate points to unlock delicious rewards, free BBQ, discounts, and exclusive offers. The more you use the app, the more you earn!
Can you redeem multiple rewards on the same check or visit?
No, you can only use one reward at a time. Each reward is separate and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
What if I activate a reward but then don’t use it within the timeframe?
If you don’t use your reward within 60 minutes, the reward will go back to your account so it will still be available when you’re ready to use it.
Can a reward be partially redeemed if I don’t have enough points?
Unfortunately, no – your account must have enough points to fully redeem the reward.
Can I use multiple credit cards to earn points?
Yes! Any card you have registered to your account will earn rewards at participating restaurants. You can register as many cards as you like. At this time you can points with Visa, MAstercard and American Express. Some pre-paid cards don’t send notifications, so if that happens, just send us a snapshot of the receipt.
What if I register my card after making a purchase?
If you purchase before registering your card, you can submit your receipt for points in the app, and our team will add your points within 24 hours.
Can I earn rewards progress if I use cash?
Yes! If you make a cash purchase, you can submit your receipt through the app for credit. Simply go to the “Rewards” page then to the “More” section (Apple iOS) or scroll down (Android) and click the ‘Send photo of receipt’ button. Make sure the location address, date, amount, and method of payment are clear in the photo to ensure quick processing.
