These easy-peasy BBQ Fiesta Bowls are packed with bright colors and bold flavors. We’re not blowin’ smoke when we say… your taste buds will thank you later.
You will need:
- Sonny’s sliced and pulled pork tossed in Sonny’s BBQ sauce
- 1 cup white or brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/3 cup refried or black beans
- 1/3 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Jalapeños, sliced thin
- Chipotle Ranch, drizzled
- Cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Directions:
- Cook rice per package directions and reserve.
- In a sauté pan or microwave heat beans, meat, and corn separately until warm and reserve on a plate or baking sheet.
- To serve, portion the rice into bowls and top with the BBQ meat. Add remaining toppings and garnish with jalapeño, cilantro, cheese, and limes.
- Drizzle with chipotle ranch and enjoy!
