Today’s the day we celebrate our 3rd annual National Pulled Pork Day. Before you head on over to your local Sonny’s, sink your teeth into these fun facts about the meat that made us famous.
- For our Pulled Pork, we use the pork butt. Most don’t realize that the pork butt is actually found at the front of the pig.
- After being smoked for up to 12 hours, and hand-pulled, our pulled pork melts in your mouth.
- Once served, sauce it up to your likin’. After all, you can never have too much of a good thing.
- Last year, we gave away 1 ton of Pulled Pork within the communities we serve.
