Smoked Chicken Salad Melt
A crisp bite that’s perfect for spring. Sweet and cheesy, you’ll melt for this latest Pitmaster creation.
Our Pitmasters start with our freshly-prepared Chicken Salad, loaded with celery, red onion, mayo and a sprinkle of BBQ rub. Then comes a drizzle of Sonny’s Sweet BBQ Sauce. Finally, just like its namesake, we melt all of that goodness between two slices of Swiss Cheese and two golden, buttery pieces of our famous Garlic Bread. A Grilled Cheese Sandwich is nice and all, but you should always add BBQ if you can.
Smoked Brisket Philly
Melty and meaty, what more could you ask for? This is Sonny’s take on a classic Philly Cheesesteak.
Our Pitmasters chop up some of our famous Brisket that’s been smokin’ for hours and mix it up with peppers and onions. Next, they grab a toasted hoagie bun and load that on top of two slices of American Cheese, before drizzlin’ it with Queso.
