Sonny’s BBQ is excited to announce their partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Seminole County and Greater Apopka. Sonny’s has committed to sponsoring a home in the Magnolia Place development in Longwood, FL. This will be the 3rd home that Sonny’s BBQ has sponsored in the last few years.
Per Habitat for Humanity, the Magnolia Place project is a part of Habitat’s larger effort to eradicate poverty housing in the Seminole County and Greater Apopka area by stabilizing at-risk neighborhoods through affordable homeownership, home repair and weatherization opportunities to low-income residents.
This phase of the Magnolia Place development will provide homes for four families and is set to be completed by June 2017. Sonny’s team members will be volunteering throughout the course of this project. This is something we are passionate about! We are excited to be involved with such a great organization.
